Privacy notice · Updated 8 September 2026

A small, clear promise.

This notice explains what personal data is used on lettinggofilm.nl, why it is used, and the choices you have.

Who is responsible

Carlos Montenegro, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing described here. For privacy questions, withdrawal or other requests, email carlos.montenegrovela@gmail.com.

What is collected and why

Providing form information is voluntary, but without it the team may not be able to reply or send the requested notification. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the forms.

Services used

Netlify hosts the website, processes form submissions and provides cookie-free performance monitoring. Form information is stored in Netlify’s systems and may also be delivered to Carlos by email. Netlify may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its Data Processing Agreement.

Google also provides the Gmail address used for correspondence. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and film images from ImgBB. These providers receive technical request data such as your IP address when their content loads. Carlos’s portfolio receives data only if you choose to follow that link.

Cookies and automated decisions

This site does not use advertising cookies, profiling or automated decision-making. It does not sell your personal data.

Your rights

Depending on the situation, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive your personal data, or object to its use. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email the address above; Carlos will normally respond within one month.

If a concern is not resolved, you may complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
